The new Topshouse sauna seems made for indulgence and relaxation. Here, far more space is devoted to recreation areas than to the steam room itself. The large veranda (9.2 m² / 99 ft²) can be used not only as an addition to the sauna but also entirely on its own, for example for outdoor gatherings.
If the weather is damp and cool, you can take shelter inside. This project features a living room of even greater area (14.8 m² / 159 ft²). Open the wide double doors and let freshness flow into the house — it’s perfect for instantly ventilating the relaxation room.
The entrance to the steam room is on the right. Behind the door you’ll find a modest shower combined with a separate bathroom (4.8 m² / 52 ft²). A little further on is the sauna itself — small in size, but comfortable for 2–3 people. And how quickly it heats up!
But don’t overheat yourself; the main focus here is on light, effortless relaxation in all its forms. Returning to the hall, you’ll notice another door on the left — there’s a tiny bedroom (6 m² / 65 ft²) that literally invites you to come in and lie down…
…It seemed you’d lain down for only a minute, and already such unusual dreams appeared, like mirages… Sand, dunes, oases… What visions!
