On the clearing near the house, where a warm sauna was planned, a magical bird of graceful posture with copper-golden wings suddenly appeared, lighting everything around with an unseen glow that attracted and enchanted, singing wondrous, life-giving sounds…

Few know that, according to ancient Russian epics, the Firebird was sought not just for its fabulous beauty but for its unique talents — the ability to restore health. Its singing healed the sick and returned sight to the blind.

The parallels here are obvious: for centuries, Russian saunas were considered an undisputed source of health and longevity. In the same way, the designers of Topshouse, like the “brave lads” from the tales, have spent many years chasing the Firebird, trying to find the ideal — gold among ordinary stones — something simple, effective, healthy, beautiful to behold, and harmoniously “voiced.”

And now the dream has come true — the Firebird has been caught. The result of years of searching and testing is the best model in the line of winter warm saunas. Outwardly it’s simple: one floor, a spacious relaxation room (8.5 m² / 91 ft²) with high windows, an entrance to the washroom (2.8 m² / 30 ft²), and then the steam room (4 m² / 43 ft²) — all designed for an average family of 3–4 people.

The main charm of the new project is the combination of base features — no wonder the sauna and the room belong to the category of “warm” constructions. The standard package includes:
• walls built with “double timber” technology;
• insulated floors;
• warm roof with ventilation gap;
• double-glazed windows;
• floor drain in the washroom;
• aspen paneling in the steam room.

Importantly, this well-chosen set of options has been achieved at an optimal price point not yet seen on the winter warm-sauna market with such features.

We deliberately did not include the stove in the standard package, since everyone has the right to choose the “voice” of their Firebird individually — from the simplest to the most extravagant (six options in total). There is also the possibility of reducing costs by choosing a more modest wall material (for example, 45 mm or 60 mm timber) or, conversely, selecting more expensive double timber for the harshest conditions. There are plenty of options for customization.

But whatever you choose, the old times are gone, and now catching the Firebird has become much easier. Simply wish to be in a fairy tale, and within days a warm sauna with unique features will bring you health, pleasure, and its fiery magical song.
