But the designers at Topshouse went even further. The "Svarozhich" sauna starts warming you even from a distance, from the moment you approach. Its grand appearance alone brings warmth to the hearts of owners and sparks awe in the minds of onlookers.

Of course, it’s not just the exterior that makes this design attractive. Let’s take a look at its rich content. Even at the porch (7.7 m² / 83 ft²), you can already feel the depth and solid nature of the creators’ vision, and the scale is immediately apparent. The house is clearly designed for comfortable year-round use, so before entering the main sauna rooms, guests pass through the vestibule (2.6 m² / 28 ft²), where they can leave their outerwear and any reserve.

Next, the relaxation room exemplifies spacious sauna living — 17.3 m² / 186 ft² — big enough for a large family and all their friends when needed. The washroom and steam room are separated and roughly equal in size, about 5 m² / 54 ft² each, ensuring ample space for comfortable use in rotation.

But it’s in the upper, “heavenly” part of the sauna, the true penthouse of cleanliness and relaxation, where anyone feels especially at ease. Here, two spacious, private rooms (9.3 m² / 100 ft² each) and a common hall (7.9 m² / 85 ft²) allow for everyone to enjoy solitude in their own way.
