“Spacious Soul” Sauna

We feel cramped and stifled in narrow saunas and slippery hammams. It’s uncomfortable to bump shoulders — or other parts of the body. That’s why we’re used to building with space in mind, and investing with all our heart.

“Spacious Soul” is the largest and most majestic sauna in the line of warm buildings from Topshouse. Conceived on a grand scale from the start, it has received the richest set of features. But let’s first take a tour of the layout.

We begin our overview on the expansive veranda (9 m² / 97 ft²), where you can comfortably place a table for 4–6 people. Through a small entryway-vestibule (2.5 m² / 27 ft²), we enter the relaxation room (12.5 m² / 135 ft² plus 6 m² / 65 ft² for the kitchen) — a space you might call a hall. Its size is perfect for hosting family celebrations and friendly gatherings.

Next we go into the washroom (5.6 m² / 60 ft²), complemented by a small separate bathroom, and further on into the steam room (5.4 m² / 58 ft²). The steam room is also modest in size, designed for 3–4 people, but precisely for that reason it heats quickly and retains warmth for a long time.

Speaking of warmth retention: “Spacious Soul” is not only solid on the outside but also deeply thought out physically, because its base package already includes:
• the warmest possible frame using “double timber” technology;
• insulated floors;
• roof insulation with ventilation gap;
• double-glazed windows;
• floor drain in the washroom;
• aspen paneling in the steam room.

This is probably the most successful and advantageous offer on the market of premium saunas. If desired, the project can be made more economical by using simpler options.
But not every saving benefits efficiency or is perceived rightly by the soul. The soul sings only when everything around is harmonious — scope and content, body and thoughts.
